I AM KODAMA KAWASHIRI, the animated of Kodama Kawajiri‘s Atasha Kawajiri Kodama Da Yo: Dangerous Life Hacker no Tadareta Seikatsu manga, will premiere on Jan. 13 at 5:25 p.m. (actually Jan. 14 at 1:25 a.m.) in the EXITV ~ FOD no Shinsaku Meisaku with Pon! Pon! Misemakuri !! ~ variety program on Fuji TV. The anime will air 12 episodes early on the FOD service late the night of January 13, then air the episodes on FOD, TVer and GyaO! after their TV show.
Aoi Yoki not only play the main character Kodama Kawajiri, but “almost all other roles”.
The essay manga portrays the lazy and unhealthy everyday life of Kawajiri, who loves alcohol and anything fatty, salty or sweet.
Shingo kaneko (Alice SOS, Spiral) directs the anime at Rabbit track (Sarazanmai, Uchitama ?! Have you seen my Tama?), and Yayoi Takano is both character designer and chief animation director.
Chieko nakamura (Studio Cocolo) directs the art, and Yuki akimoto is the key artist of color. Tomoyuki shiokawa (Studio T2) is the director of photographic composition, and Masayuki kurosawa is editing. Yuma Yamaguchi compose the music.
The television anime of the Sabiiro without armor (Rusty armor) franchise will be previewed on Tokyo MX1, Sun Television, Wakayama TV, and AT-X January 9 and BS Fuji January 11.
Normally, “2.5-D” play projects are based on existing anime or manga, but with the Rusty armor project, the play began in 2017. Nelke planning oversees the project. The project focuses on the relationship between gun-armed Magoichi – who is the leader of the Saika Ikki mercenary group – and Sengoku-era warlord Oda Nobunaga. Taiki Satô from Fantastic from Tribe of exile is expected to reprise the role of Magoichi from the multimedia project’s play for the anime. Doubler Toshiki Masuda is also expected to reprise her role as Oda Nobunaga from the play.
Shinmei kawahara (Tōfu Kozō) directs the anime to Kigumi, and Ohine Ezaki (episodes of Elite classroom, Rise of the Shield Hero) supervises and writes the scripts for the series.
Asahi Television and LIDEN FILMSoriginal badminton sports anime Ryman Club will premiere in the NUMAnimation anime programming block on Asahi Television, CS Asahi Television Channel 1 and 24 affiliates on January 22 and BS Asahi January 28.
The anime focuses on badminton players on a corporate team, with characters who work in a company and also play badminton. The story centers on Mikoto Shiratori, a childhood badminton prodigy, but never recovered from a major loss in a high school competition. Now he works in the sales department of the Sunlight Beverage company, playing badminton at the same time.
Aimi Yamauchi (City Hunter: Shinjuku’s Private Eyes unit director, Fatal bites director of the episode) directs the anime at LIDEN FILMS, who previously hosted the badminton anime Hanebad!. Yamauchi is also in charge of the composition of the series alongside Teruko Utsumi (Sarazanmai). Suzuhito Yasuda (Durarara !!, Is it wrong to try to pick up girls in a dungeon? light novels) drew the original character designs, and Majiro (Barakamon, Macross Delta, 7/22) draw these character designs for animation. The group fox catch plan compose the music.
The live series from Otomate‘s Hakuōki otome game franchise will be released in january on WOW, with a planned broadcast of 10 episodes. The first episode will be free to watch.
The story of the game franchise and its various adaptations focus on the historic Shinsengumi samurai group in Kyoto in the 19th century. A girl named Chizuru Yukimura arrives in Kyoto from Edo to search for her missing father. She finds herself embroiled in the conflict between the frightening Rasetsu and the Shinsengumi (led by Hijikata and others), thanks to a fateful connection to her missing father.
Masanobu Rokusha and Yūki Nishikata direct the non-scripted series by Shinya Hokimoto. Kuniyuki Morohashi (Musasino!, Midnight Crazy Trail, Avengers Confidential: Black Widow & Punisher) composes the music. Drama Design Corporation produced the project in collaboration with Toei Kyoto Studios.
